Prudent Engineering welcomes Perry Tooker, L.S., as senior project manager in the land survey department. Tooker brings over 35 years of land survey experience. In his management role, he is responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day operations of survey teams in Prudent office locations across Upstate New York. In addition, he works with clients to prepare proposals and serves as project liaison between survey staff and clients, ensuring high quality delivery of services and overall client satisfaction.

Tooker earned an associate degree in Land Surveying/Forestry from Paul Smith’s College and is a member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. He currently serves as board chair of the City of Oneida Planning Commission/ Zoning Board of Appeals and is also a member of the Tuscarora Lake Association Clean Water Committee.
