Benjamin Comins will be based in East Syracuse, NY office, where he will assist with hydrographic data collection. He will also process and analyze hydrographic data, ensure data quality and accuracy, and produce and update charts, maps, and other hydrographic materials. Comins earned his Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
