Prudent Engineering welcomes Patrick Shiel, of Syracuse, New York, as CAD technician in the Survey Department.

As a member of the land survey team, Shiel prepares maps and drawings from survey field data. Shiel earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of South Florida.
