Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Prudent Engineering has an opening for an Office Engineer NIII based in our Buffalo, NY office. The Office Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of transportation infrastructure projects. This position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of Office Engineering experience within New York State DOT using SiteManager software, or 10 years of office engineering experience, using other administrative software.

Qualifications:

·      Minimum of five years of Office Engineering experience within New York State DOT or equivalent administrative experience in transportation infrastructure projects.

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience with SiteManager software or 10 years using other administrative software is required.

·      Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

·      Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·      Familiarity with New York State DOT standard specifications.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000*
