(EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y.) – Prudent Engineering has been selected to provide subconsultant design support services for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York’s (DASNY) four-year Architectural and Engineering Term Consultants Agreement. DASNY provides construction and financing support for infrastructure projects involving private and public colleges and universities; not-for-profit healthcare facilities; and other NYS-funded institutions. Prudent’s design and land surveying staff will support Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, PC, an associate engineering consultant based in Binghamton, New York. While DASNY has not defined specific projects, the agency has identified that future assignments will involve architecture, engineering, and sustainable design; construction and design phase services; condition inspection support; and feasibility studies. Each project programmed under this term agreement will not exceed $25M in construction costs.
