Ms. Strachan has provided construction inspection services for 42 years, including 17 years of construction management for projects ranging in value from $200K to $75M. She has managed many projects, including small- and large-scale bridge and highway construction jobs for Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland, Wayne, Jefferson, Livingston, Erie, and Cattaraugus Counties. Ms. Strachan is recognized by the NYSTA, NYSDOT, and various New York State counties for her ability to assemble and manage a professional team of construction inspection personnel. Her success as a project manager is routinely demonstrated by her ability to recognize staffing needs and provide required training for staff certification.
