Himavi recently earned her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the State University of New York at the University at Albany. With a strong academic foundation in human behavior and organizational dynamics, she brings a thoughtful, data-informed approach to identifying and supporting top talent.

Throughout her studies, Himavi gained experience in R Programming and SPSS, applying these tools to academic research that deepened her understanding of data analysis and workplace behavior. Her coursework covered key areas such as organizational behavior, workplace motivation, performance appraisal and management, training and evaluation, and personnel selection and recruitment. This blend of analytical and interpersonal expertise enables her to take a research-driven, people-focused approach to recruitment and organizational development.

As a Junior Recruiter, Himavi will assist in connecting qualified candidates with opportunities across our engineering, surveying, and inspection disciplines—helping ensure Prudent Engineering continues to attract and develop exceptional professionals.
