Christopher brings a strong foundation in human resources through both his civilian career and military service as a Human Resources Specialist with the Army National Guard. His experience includes recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and policy development, with a focus on accuracy and organizational efficiency.

He has supported HR operations in public and private sectors, managing processes such as background verification, training coordination, and HRIS administration. Christopher holds a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science, complementing his hands-on expertise in personnel management and organizational support. Committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning people and processes for success, Christopher’s discipline, energy, and people-first approach make him a valuable addition to Prudent Engineering’s team.
